Hello All,
Reltio AWS EU Cloud maintenance on Saturday, October 7th at 6 AM GMT (that is Friday October 6th 2023, 11 PM PDT)
As part of our planned maintenance, the Reltio Technical Operations Team will be performing an upgrade of the Reltio Cloud Kubernetes Cluster routing service. This upgrade will require a 30 minutes of full tenant downtime. This upgrade will take place on Saturday, October 7th at 6 AM GMT (that is Friday October 6th 2023, 11 PM PDT)
There is no action you need to take before or after these upgrades.

What: Upgrade of Reltio Cloud Kubernetes Cluster routing service
When: Saturday, October 7th at 6 AM GMT (that is Friday October 6th 2023, 11 PM PDT)
Where: This maintenance will only impact tenants on the next environments in Reltio AWS Cloud in Europe: eu-360.reltio.com eu-test.reltio.com mpe-01.reltio.com
Estimated Duration: 30 minutes on the date mentioned.
Impact: Reltio Connected Data Platform will be unavailable for any operations during the entire period of maintenance window
Why: This upgrade will improve the stability of the Reltio API and UI connectivity and prevent any possible increase in the latency on that layer.
Who is affected: All users and 3rd-party services using Reltio API and UI in any of the 3 Reltio AWS environments in Europe mentioned above.
Action: There is no action you need to take before or after these upgrades.
