Scheduled - What: Backend databases for the Workflow services will be upgraded to the latest version in multiple waves. On the Last wave we will also upgrade the Collaboration Service for all environments during last wave.

Impact: During this time, Workflow service operations will be unavailable. Reading/Creating/Updating/Closing Workflow Tasks won’t be possible during the specific time period.
Why: Backend databases have to be upgraded
Who is affected: All users and 3rd-party services using Workflow-related features (Tasks, Inbox, Workflow API, etc)
Action: Look at the When/Where details to determine which wave impacts your tenants. There is no additional action you need to take before or after these upgrades.
