The performance issues affecting multiple Reltio services due to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) incident have been fully resolved.
As of approximately 11:13 PM UTC, most of GCP Products have fully recovered and only some select GCP products are affected. In order to see real-time updates regarding the Google Cloud Platform incident, please see Google Cloud Platform's incident page: https://status.cloud.google.com/
All impacted Reltio services—including Search, Data Loader, and Activity Log—have since recovered and are now operating normally.
