Summary: To enhance performance and reliability, the Reltio Technical Operations team will be carrying out planned maintenance for the Reltio Data Loader to upgrade the outdated MySQL 5.7 version to the latest version. This upgrade is necessary to address recurring database performance issues caused by storage pressure on the current instance.
Maintenance Details: What is being upgraded: Data Loader - DB upgrade Date: Sunday, May 10th, 2026 (UTC) / Saturday, May 9th, 2026 (PDT) Time: 00:00 AM - 1:00 AM UTC / 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM PDT (1-hour window) Estimated Duration: 60 minutes Environments Impacted: All environments (US, EU and HIPPA) and services (AWS, Azure and GCP)
Impact: During this period, all customers using the Data Loader service may experience temporary unavailability or intermittent connection failures for services dependent on this database. The specific services impacted include Data Loader API, External Match API, Scheduler API, and Explorer API.
What to Expect: While all active jobs will be allowed to finish processing, the creation of new Data Loader jobs will be disabled until the maintenance is complete.
No Action Needed: No action is required from your team to prepare for or follow up on this upgrade.
