What: Salesforce Connector database will be upgraded
When: 27 August 2023 10.00 pm PST (Sunday)/ 5:00 am, 28 August 2023 GMT
Where: Salesforce connector in GCP environment
Estimated Duration: Up to 30 minutes
Impact: Here's what you can expect during the period we're upgrading the Salesforce Connector:
● Data synchronization from Salesforce to Reltio will continue without interruption. ● Data synchronization from Reltio to Salesforce will remain in the Reltio queue. When the upgrade is complete, the connector will resume synchronizing the paused data. No data will be lost during this process. ● Salesforce Connector configurations will not be available for you to modify any connector mappings, credentials, or other settings. APIs/services such as monitoring and status will remain available. ● We recommend that you not use the Tasks APIs to perform any bulk data loads between Salesforce and Reltio until we notify you that the upgrade is complete.
